Sleepy Monkey Review Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter:
   The promoter of this competition is Sleepy Monkey, ABN 24 675 049 046.
2. Eligibility:
   • Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
   • Entry is open to verified Sleepy Monkey customers only.
   • Employees of Sleepy Monkey and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period:
   The competition begins on 3 December 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 December 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter:
   • To enter, participants must submit a review of their Sleepy Monkey product via TrustPilot.
   • Only one review per customer is allowed.
   • Participants can earn one (1) additional entry by posting a photo of their Sleepy Monkey bed on their social media account (Facebook or Instagram) and tagging @oursleepymonkey.
   • Each eligible photo must be posted during the competition period to qualify for an extra entry.
   • A maximum of two entries per participant is allowed (one review and one photo post)
5. Prize:
   • The winner will receive a $200 Visa gift card.
   • The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other products.
6. Winner Selection:
   • This is a game of chance. All eligible entries will have an equal chance of winning.
   • The winner will be determined by printing the names of all entrants, placing them into a box, and having the promoter’s 1-year-old son randomly select a name.
   • The draw will take place on 1 January 2025.
7. Notification of Winner:
   • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within three (3) business days of the draw.
   • The winner’s first name will also be announced on Sleepy Monkey’s social media platforms.
8. Prize Claim:
   • The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified.
   • If the prize is unclaimed after this period, a redraw will take place under the same conditions.
9. Conditions of Entry:
   • By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
   • Participants grant Sleepy Monkey permission to use their first name and general location (e.g., “Jane from Sydney”) for promotional purposes if they win.
10. Liability:
    Sleepy Monkey is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize.
11. Privacy:
    Personal information collected for the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and notifying the winner, in line with Sleepy Monkey’s Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the Competition:
    Sleepy Monkey reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
