1. Refunds and Returns
At Sleepy Monkey, we do not issue refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.
Damages or Errors in Craftsmanship
If your product arrives with any damages or errors in craftsmanship, we are committed to making it right. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), products with major issues—such as significant faults that cannot be repaired—are eligible for a replacement. For minor issues, we will also offer a replacement, but no refunds will be provided.
- Major Issues: A product is considered to have a major issue if it is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or cannot be easily fixed. If you encounter a major issue, you are entitled to a replacement.
- Minor Issues: For issues that can be repaired or do not significantly impact the product’s functionality or appearance, we will provide a replacement at our discretion. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to report any concerns.
2. Natural Wood Variations and Imperfections
Our Montessori floor beds are made from natural wood, which means that each product is unique. Variations in grain, colour, and texture are to be expected and are not considered defects. These natural characteristics add to the charm and individuality of each piece.
Please note that slight imperfections, such as knots, colour variations, or small cracks, are inherent to natural wood products and do not affect the durability or quality of the bed. We believe these variations are part of what makes our products special.
3. Delivery and Shipping
We partner with reputable third-party couriers to deliver your Sleepy Monkey product. Once your item has been shipped, it is out of our control, and we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost items during transit.
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided. While we are happy to assist with any inquiries, we are unable to manage the shipping process or resolve issues related to the courier service.
